This is a game for adults aged 16 and above, a national war game where each adult is responsible for their own actions. We only address issues within the game and will not accept any refund requests. This is in accordance with the developer agreements we signed with Google and the Apple App Store, and the game clearly states that it is a 16+ game, making it an adult game where each adult is responsible for their own actions. You can also fill out or supplement your additional information (such as your nickname, avatar, gender, hometown, occupation, education, birth date, and hobbies) during registration, login, or subsequent use, which will help us provide you with personalized and better service experience. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of Liudao Wuyu services.
2. Achieve identity authentication
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, or to meet the need for real verification of user identities, ensure system and service security, and other specific service functions, we may need you to provide real identity information (such as name, ID card, passport, driver's license, household registration book), biometric information (static or dynamic), and other identity information to complete identity authentication. 4. Provide you with interaction and release services
When you use Liudao Wuyu services, upload and/or publish information and engage in related interactive behaviors (such as posting comments, replying to comments, topping posts, liking articles, posting stories, sharing, favoriting, tipping), we will collect the information you upload, publish, or create, and use your nickname, avatar, and published content for display.
Please note that the information you publicly publish may contain your personal information or sensitive personal information, so please consider carefully before publishing. If the information you publish involves other people's personal information, you should obtain their consent before publishing.
5. Help you complete orders, payments, and deliver goods or services to you
(1) When you order specific goods and/or services in Liudao Wuyu services, we will generate an order for you to purchase that goods and/or service through the system. During the ordering process, you must provide at least the recipient's personal identity information, name, delivery address, postal code, recipient, contact number, and payment status information. If you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to complete the relevant delivery service. Third-party goods and services, including but not limited to: internet services, food and beverages, sports, music, movies, television, live performances, and other arts and entertainment, books, magazines, and other publications, clothing and accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, personal health and hygiene, electronics, collectibles, household utensils, electrical appliances, home decor and furnishings, pets, cars, hotels, transportation, and travel, banking, insurance, and financial services, points and rewards programs, and other goods and services that we believe may be related to you.
If you wish to manage our personalized services, you can follow the instructions provided by the single service you are using.
9. Provide you with security guarantees
To improve the security of your use of services provided by us and partners, protect you or other users or the public from threats to personal and property safety, better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or Liudao Wuyu service-related agreement rules, we may collect, use, or integrate your account information, transaction information, device information, log information, and information obtained from our affiliates and partners authorized by you or shared in accordance with the law to comprehensively assess your account and transaction risks, perform identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
10. You understand and agree that some single services may require you to enable specific access permissions on your device to achieve the collection and use of the information involved in these permissions. For example:
(1) After you enable storage permissions, you allow us to access your storage space so that you can download and save content, or use caching to achieve corresponding service functions;
(2) After you enable device information permissions, you allow us to obtain your device information as a unique identifier for your device, so as to provide you with better-tailored page displays and recommended personalized content, understand product adaptability, identify abnormal status, and ensure the network and operational security of Liudao Wuyu services;

2. Necessary sharing with some of our partners. For necessary/reasonable business operations, to meet your requirements, fulfill our obligations in relevant user agreements or this policy, and exercise our rights or comply with legal provisions, we may need to share your information with some partners, including: (1) sharing log information and device information with partners providing data services (including online advertising monitoring, data statistics, data analysis, etc.); (2) sharing statistical data on your product usage (such as crashes, flashbacks) with partners providing product analysis services (including application crash analysis, network performance analysis, domain name resolution optimization); (3) sharing your relevant information (including device information) with partners providing marketing services (including advertising placement, marketing); (4) sharing with partners who entrusted us for promotion how many people viewed their promotional information or purchased goods after seeing this information, or providing them with statistical information that cannot identify personal identity to help them understand their audience or customers; (5) other necessary sharing with some of our partners.

To facilitate us in providing you with consistent services based on a unified account system and to allow you to manage uniformly, personalize recommendations, and ensure system and account security, your personal information may be shared between us and our affiliates, including: 1) to save you time and simplify the operation process, after you register our Liudao Wuyu mobile account/email account, you can log in to some single services without repeated registration, and your account-related information will be shared internally among us and our affiliates' products; 2) to ensure you have a consistent and personalized browsing, advertising, and other service experience in our and our affiliates' products and/or services, you are aware and agree that your account information, device information, and related browsing data reflecting your usage habits and preferences may be shared with our affiliates.

5. Fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights in this policy or other agreements with you.
6. Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, to comply with the law, protect the interests, property, or safety of our affiliates or partners, you or other Liudao Wuyu users or the public from damage, such as preventing fraud and other illegal activities and reducing credit risks, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing information for profit purposes in violation of the commitments made in this policy.

According to legal provisions, sharing, transferring, and disclosing de-identified personal information that ensures the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the information subject does not constitute external sharing, transfer, or disclosure of personal information, and the storage and processing of such data will not require separate notification and consent from you.

Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities, we will only store your personal information for the necessary and shortest duration required for the purposes described in this policy. Our services have adopted various encryption technologies; for example, in certain Liudao Wuyu services, we will use encryption technologies (such as SSL) to encrypt and store your personal information and isolate it using isolation technology to protect your personal information.

We recommend that you use complex passwords and pay attention to protecting your information security when using such tools.
